Vitabiotics Wellman Sport Tablets, 30 Tablets Wellman

Great supplement overall; supposedly b complex is helpful for a bunch of things but more importantly having good sleep at night; independently if you do exercise or not; totally recommend if you can order these; sometimes they won't ship to certain places; which is a real shame.

Best taken after a solid meal but I like how my body feels with them.

I've enjoyed talking this vitamin for the past 6 months with good results. Since April 2024 I had difficulty ordering this item from Amazon. It was offered on Subscribe and Save and it has supposedly been out of stock each time my monthly ship date arrived. I will not recommend this product to friends until the availability issues are fixed.

Feel a lot better. Full of energy and never feel sick from taking them. I order them every month and recommend them to everyone. Great value for money. They are a bit big, but nothing crazy.

I'm so glad I've discovered these vitamins and have never felt better since I started taking them. For a long time, I was training hard at the gym and trying to eat a balanced and varied diet in order to get as many vitamins and nutrients as possible but I would get ill regularly - nothing serious but plenty of colds, bugs and I frequently felt run down and generally fatigued. Whilst I was attempting to get all the required vitamins and nutrients through food, it was clear that I wasn't so I decided to try these Wellman Sport vitamins, which are designed for anyone participating in regular sports and fitness activities. They're easy to swallow and contain higher dosages of essential vitamins and nutrients compared to a typical multi-vitamin. After a couple of weeks I started to feel like I had much more energy and the colds and illnesses stopped. I've now been taking them for a couple of years so thought it was about time I posted a review. I really can't rate them high enough as they've been invaluable to me and my overall health has improved significantly. If you train regularly then they're essential.

Package suggests the item has to be stored below 25C. The package as well as the item inside was warm indicating it was not stored below 25C. Suggest that medicine / food items are transported or stored as recommended by the manufacturer.

I have worked with nutritional supplements of all kinds for many years & I have also tried numerous types for my poor health. I have found that Wellman are one of the best, I certainly notice my increased energy level. I don't take a whole tablet daily, I find that taking 1/2 a tablet (sharpe knife) for a few days then having a day or two off them works fine for me. This does save me money but I would take Wellman this way even if money was not involved, I don't need a whole tablet every day. After trying the Sport variety (I wanted to try the Octacosanol in them), I did not find any added benefit (others may) when compared to Wellman Original, which have the added benefit of the minerals Chromium & Selenium. So, despite Wellman Sport being a very good nutritional supplement that I would recommend, I have gone back to using Wellman Original tablets that have for a long time met my needs & cost less than Wellman Sport.
