Good oil.
I love this oil. I used to buy it at Kroger, but when they stopped carrying it, I found it here. Been buying it on here ever since. After some studies were sent out about olive oils, this was one of the only brands that actually used olives from Italy. Good oil, taste, smells fresh and organic.

Fruity, with a somewhat bitter finish. Just delicious.
This is the best-tasting olive oil I've had in a long time.

NEUTRAL LIGHT OKAY
NOT BAD, NOT GREAT, NOT PUSHING ANY PARTICULAR FLAVOR PROFILE. HIDES IN THE BACKGROUND BUT MAYBE THATS WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR DISH

Excellent
You can definitely tell this is high-quality stuff. It has a very "green", almost raw plant-like top note taste to it, to me. Sort of similar to if you chewed on a green plant stem. You don't usually get that with cheap olive oils. It also has that famous peppery finish in the back of your throat that defines a quality olive oil, though not overwhelmingly so, as I've tasted with some others (i.e. Atlas. Atlas' peppery finish has actually made me cough, but I still love Atlas olive oil as well). I would (and will) buy it again in the future.
