Simple Daily CoQ10 Supplement
I’ve been taking this CoQ10 supplement for a while now, mostly for general energy support. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste, which makes it easy to stay consistent with it. I can’t say I felt a dramatic change, but I do feel a bit more steady in my energy throughout the day. It feels more like a slow, supportive supplement rather than something you notice immediately. It’s also nice that it’s vegan and simple in ingredients. Overall, it’s an easy addition to a daily routine if you’re looking for basic heart and energy support.

Amazon Elements - CoQ10
Good price for the quantity and they are tested for potency and purity. They are "blended and packaged in the U.S.A." and that's a personal requirement for any supplements I take.

There are better formulations of CoQ10 out there.
Qunol's formulation of CoQ10 is able to be absorbed by the body 3x more effectively than regular CoQ10 according to their bottle; their claim seems to be sound, both in my own experience and with what is well-known in pharmacokinetics. Amazon Elements' CoQ10 on the other hand does not seem to be as effective, even at the same dose as Qunol's indicated efficacy. It might be good for Amazon's compounding pharmacy to investigate this further in order to to compete with Qunol's formulation. Qunol's bottle contains 90 gelcaps (3x efficacy) at $0.235 per pill for $21.22, whereas Amazon's bottle contains 60 pills at $0.16. If you divide Qunol's gelcaps by 3 according to their claimed efficacy, it's a lot cheaper; and will still be cheaper at a minimum of 1.5x actual efficacy if you wish to lend them a little doubt.
