It does what is expected. It's super tight, which is the only thing it does... It is no miracle weight hider. I don't have much of a beer gut, as I'm very active (but I'm going to the gym to get in shape anyway). I enjoy wearing this sort of vest, as it makes me feel more comfortable and confident about my image. I've used many brands, getting size medium for all (I'm 6ft3, 86kg, with a 16.5" neck line and a 34" waist), but this is the tightest one I've tried getting into so far.It's usually a bit of a battle to get them on, because it's extremely elasticated. But I honestly thought I wasn't going to be able to get it off once it was on the first time.I'd suggest getting one size up in this brand if you're getting one.

I bought a large and an extra large, the large is so small I can even get into it, I'm a 42" chest and can't even get my shoulders into it to try it on. I know it's a compression top, but dislocating my shoulders to get it on isn't my idea of fun.EDITThe extra large is still not big enough for me to get over my shoulders. I'm not huge by any stretch of the imagination, 6'1 15st and not very fat. Disappointed

Nothing wrong with this product but they feel like a straight jacket to put on. I needed the help of my wife to get this over my head and felt once on they helped my posture. You need to get used to them and they start to help you become conscious of posture

Good quality but stupidly too small. I understand it has to compress (have many such tops) but it also have to fit. I don't have the time to return this item, so some 12 year old is getting a bargain in the charity shop,but seriously needs a change is size description. Verging on fraudulent

Got the correct normal size but way too small, I'd recommend ordering next size up.

Does what it claims but takes forever to take off once you have it on. Last time it tool a good 15 minutes to work my arms out!
