These work great and are easy to use, but may need a strip of thin foam or rubber between them and the scope for grip. They can work on scopes that have an ear built into the magnification ring, but the fit isn't as good.

These are just what the doctor ordered for hard to turn scope power rings, such as you find on some Leupold scopes, especially those with a round power ring with no "nub" to facilitate turning. They shipped super fast, seem to be excellent quality, and I have been playing with them for a few hours and they seem to be doing the job exactly as hoped. There is only one problem which I am sure the seller will fix ASAP, at least I hope so. I ordered two packages of two, but I got one package of two, and one package of one. It seems that another reviewer had the same issue so I am wondering, who's checking the content of the packages before shipping? That's why they lost the one star for what otherwise would have been a perfect 5 star rating. The Coasters are big enough to slip over the scope end caps so you don't even need to remove them, and while they are very hard to screw down, after several hundred turns up and down, they did not loosen. The band is narrow enough not to obscure the power markings yet take full advantage of the knurling on the power ring for a super tight and secure fit. I have some MKM scope adjuster rings incoming that I bought before finding these so I am anxious to compare these $15 for two to the $25 for one MKM scope adjusters. These are not as sleek or near as good looking as the MKM units but they offer an outstanding purchase on the power ring and make turning those super stiff Leupold power rings as easy as pie, not even bothering this septuagenarian's arthritic fingers. And the value for the $$$? Absolutely no comparison, these are one heck of a deal. Sure, if you are in a beauty contest and trying to impress your shooting buddies at the range, go for the high dollar ring adjusters, but these do the job at less than a third of the price. I only wish I had gotten these before ordering four custom made units from MKM but at least the scopes wearing the MKM units will look nice while doing the exact same thing these Coasters do, but as my old deceased mama always said, pretty is as pretty does, and these things using that standard are freaking beautiful!

Works good

First one out of the pack broke. The plastic strap was cold and it just snapped. Luckily there was enough length to the strap that I was still able to use it. I warmed the plastic strap up with low heat making it pliable. Went right on, tightened up nicely. Trimmed the excess off the straps and it works great. Still concerned how long they will last though.
