And we use it only a short time each day to operate a Korean Specialty rice cooker. So far so good. Its seems to be a well built unit and operates as advertised with no difficulties. Its to soon to tell how it will operate after a long period or if it were to be used for long duration at a time. However, I am quite upset because I purchased this item with the intent for it to work properly and no desire to return it. Although the representative was very helpful one KEY piece of information was not told to me and that is that I the consumer of a product that didn’t not work has to pay for the return shipping on a product that clear has weight to it and will cost me close to the amount I paid for the broken product!!!! I have been utilizing Amazon services for over a decade and this has honest left a sour taste for me. The resprisentative asked if I would like a refund or replacement item and after consulting with my husband he figured to give it another try and may the one we received was just a bad batch. Now with this replacement on the way ready I have to pay to return the item that never worked! Not good service at all!!! I am not pleased. Never got a chance to use it.
