She usually wear a Youth 12. So I ordered a SM since it said they run small. She was kind of able to wear it for the showmanship portion of her class. Very pretty color and a good business look (I have worn with both grey and black skirts). But, take other reviewers seriously and order larger than you normally would (like at least 2 sizes larger as on the seller's size chart - don't use the standard Amazon size chart).
