The delivery was great. They called and set up a delivery date and window of time on that date. They came as scheduled. The driver was superb, very conscientious and patiently put it where asked. In this case the garage. Myself being 70 and my friend who is 72 were able to open each carton and bring in each piece separately to where the sauna was going to be located. The one very heavy piece (the front glass panel ) was even moved by us by taking our time and taking frequent rests. I put the majority of the sauna together myself but needed another person to put the first two walls together, the front panel on and place the ceiling piece in place. The instructions could have been better but if you have the capability of normal logic thinking and study the pieces before hand , it's quite doable. ( again I am a 70 yr old female)They could have better operating instructions on the MP3 panel, but they are very willing to take calls for clarification. I have not used the sauna as of this date. Having just put it together yesterday, I am waiting for my electrician to come today to put in the correct socket (it's a 120 /20 amp plug) and make sure the circuit it is on is 20 amp. If it is not I am having him put in a 20 amp CB. He is also going to put in an on/off switch so I will not have to unplug it after each use as the instructions advise. I will follow up with an aditional review once I have used it. My advice,,,take your time, read the instructions several times before diving in and study the pieces. There are 2 "A" heat panels , they go low on the side walls where you will see "A" stickers. That info is not in the instructions.

Came on a large truck, (with lift gate) no extra charge. Packaged on one large pallet. Front door and windows are packaged on this pallet as one box. Make sure it fits if putting it down stairs, up stairs, ect. This panel is the entire height and length of the unit. The other boxes are a little smaller and much lighter. Panels went together easy, but figuring out which one is which (they are not labeled per other reviewers. Some of the connectors were slightly deformed on the electrical connections, but with some elbow grease and channel lock pliers to bring them back into round, they went into the sockets. If you put them on wrong, that particular heater will not work and you may crush the inner connector pins. They have a small slot that lines up with it's mate, but they came slightly deformed. There is a light socket inside for the colored light bulb, but it is quite expensive and is set up for a 12 volts dc bulb. I ordered the 110volt multi color bulb on Amazon, but this needs to be wired up by a qualified person ! The bench I added a few screws from the outside panels to hold it in place; it came with two little brackets that needed pre-drilling on the holes. Was missing a few panel machine screws, but had found a few at home from a dollar store kit. All heaters worked great. Unit heats up after about 10 minutes and worked very well. My son plugged his phone in and had tunes... Wood was not finished and of good Quality. Nice controller. I do recommend the 3 man or larger if you want to lay down to some extent. Door and glass was of good quality. Closes well with magnet. Windows and door come pre installed in the front panel... Nice and easy to put together. swivel snaps. Roof uses pre-drilled screw holes. Plug is a 20 amp style. It is recommended to use a dedicated circuit of 110 volts, 20 amp.

This sauna is truly a complete waste of money . The construction is very poor . The parts are as cheesy and cheap as you could imagine direct from CHINA . The buckles that hold all the walls together broke so there is no structural integrity . Truly the worst thing is it does not rise higher than 116 degrees at a whopping 1900 watts of precious electricity . I heated the sauna for 80 minutes . That result was 116 degrees and me trying to hug the heaters like some freak yoga position . I called JNH and the girl in charge said to check with my doctor on why I did not sweat ! Nice customer service ! With a listed temp of 140 it should be law the heaters can satisfy the temp like any heating system when a thermostat when heat is involved .the product is a TORT! It is such an inferior product Amazon has credited me all of my money back no uestions asked and their auditors may pull JNH!!! . It is sad because I have wanted a sauna for a very long time and now I need to disassemble it and send it back and build one myself . I am not the complaining type in all honesty . I just hope to save anyone the headache of going through building it and being so unsatisfied to just send it back .Its garbage ! Don't gamble your money unless your in a casino or a card game ! Use...Great alternative to using the sauna in a health club. It's wonderful to be able to walk downstairs, turn it on and be done in an hour. I can't verify the actual temp but we turn it up to 140°, wait about 15 minutes then get in for the last 45. I would like a little more heat in the leg area, ideally there would be another horizontal heater in that location. The wood is unfinished which is fine since it needs to breathe, you wouldn't want it sealed or polyurethaned. I also ordered the ionizer separately from JNH. Hard to tell if it fits anything or not, the light does come on though. The supplied mp3 player and speakers are crackly at best. I have an Amazon Dot plugged in next to it which sounds better. Set up...Easy to put together with instructions provided. I ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit to plug in to. Took me about an hour and a half to assemble after panels were removed from the boxes. I did this by myself. The front glass panel was the most difficult since it is to line up with both side panels as well as sit on a raised lip beneath where the door is. Placement is rather critical since the panel does not slide side to side due to weight and subsequent friction.
