I bought this product, to start long distance running again at the age of 46, and fair play , on my runs when , I get tired 250 mls of this gets me over the line would highly recommend, good price also.

Not Tasty - But Does The Job
Wouldn't say this tasted amazing. Just like weak orange flavoured drink. But it seems to rehydrate me and was good value - so would recommend.

Tastes very powdery
Mixes ok but it's so bland in flavour. They put all this supposed effort into the product but it just tastes powdery and bland.

Good sports drink
Tastes pretty good and comes with a measuring spoon. I removed a star because if you use the given dosage (1.5 spoon for 500mL), it never dissolves entirely, even after some furious mixing. Drinking clumps of sugar is not great.

Weedy flavour or slimy consistency.
Either add enough powder to get a drinkable flavour and end up with a thick, somewhat slimy drink or go for texture and the flavour is weedy and anaemic. I will say though; it's a great post-gig drink to avoid cramps overnight.
