Does this soften lines around lip area?

It does soften the lines above the lip but I don't know about under. I have just started trying it below. I've had great success above the lip area.

why doesn't it work the same on the bottom lip?

I used the cream for the little vertical lines that form above the upper lip. I haven't used it on the bottom lip because it wasn't needed there. And it isn't actually used on the lip, itself. ONLY above the lip, on the vertical lines.

IS there fragrance in this product?

Not that I've noticed. Why would an upper lip product have a fragrance?
