Great drum pad
My son plays snare in his high school marching band, so this is a great practice pad when we can no longer endure the loudness of his marching drum. It is nicely heavy so it stays in place on his desk as he practices, even with his enthusiastic and energetic playing style. It is very durable and is in like new condition even though he uses it daily. Highly recommend

It’s amazing it feels amazing and sounds amazing if you have the money for it get it but if your on a budget go for like Vic firth but this is and amazing drum pad

Base of pad not as listed
The description states that the bottom is also Dark Matter but my pad arrived with the rubber base. False advertisement. The top of the pad was as listed though.
