does a cell phone fit into the phone pocket?

I don't have any indication of a phone pocket. And in my experience, my phone only fits in the cargo pockets, which are too big for the phone.

Are these lightweight?

Comfortable. Not sure what you mean by lightweight. I buy them as I am extremely sensitive to cotton & denim. First jeans I’ve been able to wear in 20 years. They have a high polyester microfiber content & breath rather than trap body sweat.

How wide is right leg phone pocket?

this pocket is wide enough for my iPhone 7 s Plus about a Half inch this pocket is not as deep as my phone but it’s plenty wide I like it works great for me I have five pair of pants with this pocket They’re great for work
