Modern Essentials 10th Edition (Hardcover) Essential Oil Reference Books with doTERRA Oil Names

Modern Essentials 10th Edition is an amazing resource for even the newcomer to essential oil use! I absolutely love this book... it has multiple ways to look up information - By condition/illness,etc, by symptom, and also by oil or blend name. It also has a ton of information on how to make household cleaners, laundry detergent, deodorizer, and other convenient/household tips and uses. It instructs you also on how you can use the oil (topically, taken internally, diffused, and so on), and says which age groups are able to safely use each essential oil. This is an all around excellent resource, and a must-have if you depend on essential oils for everyday or even occasional health and wellness needs!

I love this book. I had it in my cart several times and placed it in saved items because I just wasn’t sure. Then one day I decided to just order thinking I could always return it. I have hardly put it down since I received it. I love doterra oils and this book is amazing. It came fast and was wrapped for protection!! You will love this book!

I absolutely love this book. I have recently ventured into using essential oils and I was a little intimidated to be honest. With this book, it is hard to NOT feel comfortable about the oils you are using and how you are using them! This more has SO much information that is super easy to understand and not at all questionable. I have even purchased other essential oil books and nothing compares to the amount of information in this book. I would consider this a staple if you are experienced in using oils or if you are new to using them. Absolutely worth the price.

This is my 2nd Modern Essentials Book (I have the 5th Edition) and it's great! It has the newer oils in it and dosages, etc......I also have another Book, (not Modern Essentials) and it's difficult to navigate and I rarely use it. Modern Essentials are the 2 books I refer to when needing help with oils. I have also given this as a gift and the recipient loves it!

I love this book. I also have a previous edition that I purchased about 5 years ago (the last edition before they took the blends brand names). I accidentally dropped that one in water and was in terrible shape but I didn’t want to get the newer editions due to the confusing generic names for blends. As soon as I heard the brand names were back in this edition I ordered it and it’s wonderful! I needed several newer oils descriptions and uses. I also like the section with diffuser recipes. It’s awesome!!

I have a previous version of the Modern Essentials book. I decided to purchase the 10th edition as I use doTERRA oils. I am so glad I did! The book has all of my oils, including personal care products (lotions, shampoo, etc.) I highly recommend this edition for any doTERRA users.

My copy was "used" but arrived looking like new. It also had some sticker tab sheets for me to mark the sections etc. I LOVE THIS BOOK. I like how it is organized, and there is a lot of information and references to published studies on each oil. Some oils have been studied more than others.

Lots of great information. I dug into the book as soon as it arrived. Very highly recommended for anyone interested in the benefits and use of essential oils.

Cheaper than the latest edition and broad in scope. Might not have all oils listed (and few books have), but the majority are in here. There’s much to learn from this book. Especially useful and a daily ‘go to’ for many remedies, health improvements and de-stressors. Highly recommended.
