Well designed double-wall mugs are pleasing to use
Double-wall mugs with comfortable handles are balanced and elegant. The borosilicate glass is sturdier and more durable than regular glass.

The mug is light and keeps hot
I like style of the mug look, and mug is just a good size for us to enjoy the daily coffee, it’s lighter than I think, keep the coffee hot for a good while. The mug is easy of cleaning, only thing I do pay attention is I will very careful while I washing them.

Fantastic coffee mugs
Love my morning coffee, and love it more now with these glasses. Using daily for several weeks now, no issues. Glass is crystal clear and beautiful. The glass is barely warm to the touch when filled with near boiling water and definitely helps retain heat better compared to a standard mug. Yes, they are very light and seem fragile, but same as you would expect from a nice wine glass. I have not put them in the dishwasher, I simply hand-wash. Takes 2 minutes, so why risk it. Used the microwave several times with no issues. Love the zwilling logo at the bottom of the glass. Nice touch. I'm probably going to purchase the larger latte set next!

Lightweight, love them but super breakable!
Beautiful glasses. They are lightweight but feel very sturdy. They keep coffee warm for quite a while. I’m very happy I paid a bit more and went with these. Definitely nice quality! EDITED - a few days after I received these I dropped one from the couch onto the rug onto he floor and it shattered into tons of pieces. I did drop my review from 5 to 4 because they are super delicate. I do still really like the one I have left, but I’m afraid to purchase more.

These Zwilling double wall glass coffee mugs are beautiful. The size is perfect, and they look super elegant. They keep my coffee warm for longer, which I love. The design is stunning—simple but very stylish. I’m really happy with them!

Expensive, nice looking, functional but FRAGILE
Expensive for a simple mug. Bought to replace ones that were about 20 year old of a different brand. They are very nice looking and work well. Microwave and dishwasher safe. A bit large but that allows options for usage and room for sloshing. Somewhat tippy when mostly empty due to the large heavy handle. These are pretty FRAGILE (not sure they are properly tempered?). I bumped one lightly with a small glass bowl and a large chunk broke out of it. Frankly, a non-BPA double walled plastic such as Tervis is a better choice for price, function and durability. 02/26 UPDATE lowering to 1 star!!! THE SECOND MUG CRACKED AFTER A MINOR BUMP. NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL considering the ones it replaced were 20 years old.

These have become my favorite mugs for coffee and assorted hot drinks as they maintain the temperature surprising well. Well worth the cost.
