This is my go to bariatric multi after gastric bypass. Good value and good quality product. I purchase faithfully. It's only 1 pull a day, they are capsules and easy to swallow. No side effects and seem to dissolve quickly. I've never had any issue with this. It's a bottle of 90, and I have ordered 5 now.

I've been using these for several years. They are the best in my opinion. I will get extremely nauseous and/or will vomit if I lay down or even a slouching sitting postion after taking them. I also have to take with food or I get sick. I just know to keep upright for 30+ minutes and eat enough with them. Worth it.

Economical alternative for bariatric multivitamin

I had bariatric surgery (bypass) 3 years ago and I can't remember if these were recommended by my surgeon's office but I know they were surgeon-approved. I've been using them the whole time since then and have an Amazon subscription to them since they work so well. I was never much of a vitamin person, not seeing what good they do, but I will say this, I have maintained a healthy body and have only gotten sick once in the past 3 years since surgery. I used to get sick all the time so maybe they're helping; I don't know but I'm not going to mess with success. For the record, I've now switched to GLP-1 and continue to take these bariatric vitamins as they seem to work. Also, not hard to swallow and in capsule form.
