Very cute product! I bought this for my 7 year-old son but this would also be a great desk top item for adults. The dish is a little shallow so some sand does end up on the desk but this also allows you to more easily rake the sand across the tray. It's a relaxing distraction and looks nice on any desk.

Sand Tray-
As a high school mental health counselor, I love sand tray in my office. I like the quality of the white sand. My students come in and gravitate towards the rake. Easy to assemble, relaxing and functional. It’s a #10 and I’m happy!! It’s a buy!

Look good but functionally not great
Aesthetically, this set looks great. Unfortunately the base doesn't have much of a lip so it doesn't do a great job retaining sand. Be prepared for a mess.
