Does not appear to have an effect on my hair shedding, at all. But I do see a lot of new hair growth and the condition of my hair is greatly improved. It is noticeably less dry and although I have not changed hair products, it feels much more silky soft. It is growing faster and my fingernails are growing faster, not exactly what I was after. I wish I could do something about all of this shedding. It's a LOT. A ton. I have handfuls of hair everywhere so it's a good thing I have thick hair.
