If you get pinched nerves or soreness and tightness in your neck or shoulder area I recommend this product. I had a pinched nerve in my neck that made pain radiate in my neck down to my elbow and chest area on one side. Nothing was working to alleviate any of the pain after months of suffering. I did a lot of research and found the stretches to help as well as different forms of traction in the neck area and this product was recommended as a unique form of neck traction. There are many brands on the market and they vary in price greatly. You don't need anything super expensive. This inexpensive traction device worked and basically was the same as the costly devices. This is what helped my pinched nerve the best. After using it for 4 or 5 days I could already tell there was a big difference in my pain level and after one month the pain was all but gone. I only wished I had found this earlier. I was in horrible pain for almost 2 months before I found this device. It was a game changer. I would recommend this device used for 15-20 minutes 2-3 times daily, heating blanket, stretches designed for neck pain and Infrared lighting. I was completely amazed that after all the different treatments, medications, and exercises to help the pain, nothing worked faster and easily done than this very simple device that anyone can use without the possibility of injuring yourself further. Within a short few days the change was more effective than anything my doctor could help me with. I am grateful after nights of no sleep because the pain had gotten so bad during the day that by time it was time to sleep the pain was radiating through my neck,arm, and shoulder leaving me unable to sleep. If you are suffering from a pinched nerve or pain in the upper part of your body including your neck this could be the device that ends it all permanently by traction on your neck to un pinch the nerve and alleviate the pain. Once the nerve is no longer pinched the pain is greatly alleviated and in my case the pain was gone. This device is under $15 and it saved me from an unknown length of time in excruciating pain within days of the fist use. Now if I feel any tightness in my neck or shoulders I will use this device to halt the chance of another pinched nerve. As you can imagine I could not recommend this device more highly.

This is my second one - recommended by my chiropractor to help with my c curve neck pain - I use it when my shoulder blade muscles are hurting/burning from being on PC too long or doing other things that cause those muscles to tighten. Put it on and can tell the difference in a matter of minutes. - Helps keep neck muscles from getting too tight and helps should blade muscles relax. - Enables me to schedule fewer chiropractor appts. Allows me to help myself - Love that I can walk around and do whatever I need to do. Does not restrict me to a chair/bed. - Gave one to my sister as a present because she has shoulder/upper back problems. She likes it too. Told me her grandson uses it also when he comes over to visit (he is plays video games all the time) Cons: None on this item yet. - Previous one ordered from amazon but not sure it was same seller, the bulb used to pump it up cracked (I'm sure from overuse) after some time. Item was still good but could not get air in it anymore to pump it up. Called the company and they said they did not have a replacement for the bulb. I had to buy a new one. I failed to google for a replacement part.

It did exactly what I needed. When my foam-neck collar wasn't enough, I noticed that if I use my hands to lift the weight from my head, then the pain stopped immediately. So my friend suggested an inflatable neck collar as the solution. This one had a combination of [best reviews and lowest price] at the time (Jan 23). It immediately took the pain away like I hoped. I can wear it for 20 minutes instead of needing to lay down. It's even comfortable enough to wear for much longer than that. However, it's not realistic to expect to wear a coat fully zipped, or a hoodie. That seems to cause a new pain for me. It does take like 30 to 40 pumps to get it fully inflated, but it's so very worth it. As far as holding air, it might need a pump or so every 10 minutes. It's not bad at all. Just don't let your pets near it. I'm not a Dr, but I certainly think: 1. You should not have it on constantly. I've heeded the advice where, if it starts to hurt, then you should take it off, or lower the pressure. 2. Don't expect to lay down with it. It's not really designed for that, and might cause new neck damage 3. I can lean back lightly in my chair with it, and it almost helps a little. However, again, it's not really designed for that, and might cause more damage if you're not careful. Backstory: I sustained various fractures and disk herniations in a bike wreck in 2013; Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar. I've been lucky that the pain only creeps back after several years. This time, this product came to the rescue as one of the tools that I'm using to overcome this chronic pain.

I bought this neck traction device because I had tension in my neck and wanted to try something simple at home. The idea looked good, especially for those days when your neck feels tight and you want some relief. I have used it several times, and to be fair, it is easy to inflate, easy to put on, and it does not feel too uncomfortable. But honestly, I still have not been able to get my neck to “crack,” and that was one of the main reasons I bought it. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the results have been just okay. I give it 3 stars because it is not bad, but it did not really impress me.

So disappointed in this product. It arrived yesterday and upon the first use it had a slow leak. It’s very comfortable and soft but it is not providing any relief or support after a few minutes, even with the dial and valve to minimize a slow leak.

I love this thing!!! I have so many upper back & neck issues that a lot of things don't work. But this amazing thing 😍. It's so comfortable that every time I have it on I want to take a nap. I love how I can control how much air to push in. I stops my neck & shoulders from cramping & relieves majority of the tension. I love the size. It fits perfectly around my neck. Definitely worth the buy

I have purchased this item 3 times. First, it worked well for a while, but then the metal valve to hold the air in the unit froze up. I had used the metal dial to put the air pressure in with the hand pump and then secured it with the blue plastic valve to maintain the pressure. At some point, the hand pump valve became very loose and did not hold pressure well. Then it froze up altogether and would turn at all. I bought a second one because I was using it to assist my chiropractor with treatment for a pinched nerve from a neck whiplash. The 2nd one worked fine initially, but then the metal valve froze up again to the point that I couldn't get it to open even with a pair of pliers. I bought it a third time and have been using it without using the blue plastic valve. The metal valve is getting a bit loose, but I'm trying to be careful with it so it will continue to pump and hold pressure. So far, so good. I wish I could be more positive about the item, but I'm fortunate that it was not a costly item that I couldn't afford to replace.

It is really helpful. I did not expect it to be that good. It is wonderful.

Suggested by my chiropractor. Most people spending their day sitting @ a desk will unfortunately worsen their posture. Ur neck will be on a constant lean & this contributes to headaches, tension & uncomfortable stress. Just 10mins a day is all you need to get started. Awesome feeling. Stretches the neck & makes ur neck feel long & lighter of all that stress. Must have!!

I have cervical myelopathy and get constant neck pain-I just got it today and yes it works-I had it on for the recommended 30 mins(up to 3 times a day) and I took it off and got like 2/3 hours of relief-which with my condition was worth it!!!
