I also bought some of their ducting, and then used some generic 4" bits and pieces to make stuff work to pump fresh are into my sleeping pod. However, I noticed that I was waking up, kind of often, with a pretty bad smell in my nose. Sometimes, I'd know what it was, other times not, but I bought one of these filters for the intake side, and I'm able to draw in air from my room and give it a nice fresh non-scent. It hasn't messed with airflow too, too terribly, and I am still able to pick up air conditioned air when I want it by placing the filter at the outflowing vent of my AC. The first day or two, the non-smell in my room (basically, a smell unto itself-- almost sweet) was intoxicating. I also noticed-- as dumb as this will sound-- that the air felt smooth, as though it was almost too easy to breathe.
