Review: Working well so far - very nice scale! - The scale is easy to use and connect once the app is downloaded and installed on the phone. The scale can be used as a standalone unit but using the app allows for historical logging/ tracking. I've used the scale a few times since early August and it has worked flawlessly so far. I don't have a way to check the accuracy but it appears to be spot on. I like the way it locks in on the weight after a few seconds. Aesthetically, the scale looks very nice! The only issue that I've noticed is probably just an oversight on my part, is that the app prompts me to connect to my wifi network but only gives me the option of using 2.4ghz but my network only has 5ghz so I haven't connected to wifi (yet). Once I have time, I may try to figure out how to turn on the 2.4ghz antenna on my xfinity router. Overall, very nice scale and I am happy with my choice!

The extra data isn't necessary (I'm not an athlete) but I've found it to be very interesting and motivating. This scale was so easy to set up, the app is easy to use and it syncs perfectly to Fitbit (though i almost exclusively track my weight in the Aroleaf app now). Plus, I purchased this scale while it was on sale so it was less than it's competitors. I've already recommended this scale to family and friends.

A: Our scale uses BIA tech, which may vary with hydration levels throughout the day. For more accurate tracking, measure at the same time daily and focus on long-term trends.

**Q: Why is my body fat data not showing up on the scale?**
A: For first use, open the app before stepping on. Step on barefoot with feet on electrodes (hands on handles if 8-electrode). Stand still ~15s. If no result, reset the scale by reinserting batteries.

**Q: Why can't I connect the scale to the app?**
A: Make sure Bluetooth and Location are on. Check app permissions for Bluetooth/location (Android 12+ also needs “Nearby Devices”). Close and reopen the app, then step on the scale from the measurement screen to connect.

**Q: The weight reading seems inaccurate—what should I do?**
A: Place the scale on a hard, flat surface, clean the feet and floor to ensure stable contact. Remove batteries for 3 sec, reinstall, place back on floor. Wait until the screen turns off, tap to wake → let it show “0.0” → step on to measure.

I love it so much that over time I’ve sent one off to 5 members of my family. It’s amazingly accurate, gives fascinating info on water, protein, skeletal muscle levels as well as body fat and bmi etc etc. And it’s so cheap!! I can’t believe I paid hundreds for digital scales in the past that were ineffective for WiFi and gave paltry info. Customer service is fast and friendly w any questions. The only thing I see as an improvement area is that your phone needs to be on the app nearby when weighing-in to get an immediate look at your stats on the app, though it holds the data for later transfer once your phone connects to the scale. It’s light, slim and durable so I actually take it with me on long road trips. The batteries rarely require change. Overall, it’s as simple as it could be for so much data.
