Review: Low cost sat nav but works well. - Excellent sat nav considering the price of this unit. Clear instructions and visual display on initial use was impressive. Time will tell if this unit fulfills my expectations but very happy at present. Can be a bit frustrating to set it up with all the different modes of transport available but once set it is easy to use.
Review: Great with the directions but glitches sometimes - This GPS gives great directions and is wonderful about re-routing quickly. However, sometimes it glitches and the satellite signal is lost and doesn't return until I reset it on the back. It does quickly reset though and will continue with the directions right where it left off. This is a little inconvenient but because it is such a quick fix, I am still quite happy with the product.

**Q: It Dose not recognise low bridges and weigth can any one help**
A: Please don't worry, we would be fully responsible for our product, and would do our best to offer you help.

Firstly, please check if you have use the correct length unit:
Click "Main Menu"---"Navigation"---"Settings(Tools icon)"---"Regional"---" Units and Formats"---"Distance": Miles/feet&Miles/yards&Kilometres/metres

Then please check if you have set truck mode and enter correct information:
Navigation --- Settings(Tools icon)--- Route Settings --- Vehicle(chose your vehicle type and tick it). You have 7 vehicle modes between Car/Pedestrian/Bicycle/Emergency/Bus/Taxi/Truck(Lorry). After you selected the vehicle mode you need, then click the icon 'screw and spanner', you can enter the basic information of your vehicle such as max. speed, length, width and height.

If still could not avoid the low bridge, please update the map, more details please refer to user manual "on line map update".

**Q: Hi, when fully charged, how long does the battery last when using the navigation? and can you use the usb lead in the car instead of the car charger?**
A: Normally the battery could last for about 30 minutes after fully charged, so we suggest that keep charging with the car charger while using it. And the USB lead would be very slow, so we suggest that you'd better use the car charger.

**Q: How do you unzip a RAR file from the map update website?**
A: Sorry I really don't know, I have only used it about 3 times so had no need to update any maps yet.

**Q: I have put on lorry mode but it still sends me places i cannot go**
A: Firstly, please check if you have used the correct length unit:

Excellent sat nav considering the price of this unit. Clear instructions and visual display on initial use was impressive. Time will tell if this unit fulfills my expectations but very happy at present. Tried to download Canada map following process mentioned in booklet. The map shows downloaded on to the device, but no Canadian destinations recognised. So had to return product as I needed it for this specific purpose. If you are considering only using it in the UK / Europe, then it looks like a very good and versatile device (and certainly good value for money).
