Much better product than Gatorade. I use it for mountain biking and love it. Also have used it on long hikes in very hot conditions and keep me hydrated. I would recommend this product.

going on 3 years and close to 20 boxes, I believe their the best option for Electrolyte tablets available. At first I ordered the 4 flavor variety pack , but quickly learned the Strawberry lemonade and Tri-Berry are the ones I can consistently drink. Working 12 hour shifts and sweating more then the average person I no longer cramp up after work.

No doubt these work...but I am taking only half of one tablet as they are so sweet I cannot bear the taste. I won't order them again. They are great for travelling or just carrying with you. I bought them mainly because I don't drink enough water, and thought these would help but disappointed with the oversweet flavor. Too much stevia (which is not good)

Great to rehydrate. Just drop one in a water bottle. I do not think there is any aftertaste.

I have a liter sized water bottle that I drop a couple of these with some ice cubes and water... and boom. Delicious water in about 10 mins (tablets need to dissolve). NOT too keen on their packaging though (see image). Minus 1 star for that.
