Black Light Weight Karate Uniform Size 1

This is a great martial arts uniform. It fits true to size. I was concerned the material would be very thin but that was not the case, it is a sturdy fabric. I could buy two sets here for less cost than one set at our martial arts dojo. That is a plus for two growing children. When I first received these the material didn’t feel as soft as other uniforms and had a slight sheen to them but after the first five washes they began to soften up. I think these have more polyester content to them. The kids didn’t even notice I had bought new uniforms. I will continue to buy these as my children grow.

We ordered a size larger than what our son wears, as many of the posts suggested they would have done. I would concur with their assessment, as it fit appropriately to our sons usage. The material is of good quality and the stitching is holding up to the many washing's it has received. I would recommend this product to all as a great uniform purchase.

The gi itself is lightweight, which my kids love versus the thicker material ones. I always order a bit bigger so they last longer. I got about 2 years on my son's last gi (yes I ordered from that one from the same place as this order). The gi doesn't fade over time. Very good quality for the price. I will continue to keep ordering my gis from seller.

Uniform was good, but belt is very low quality. In just 3-4 weeks, it started fraying along the edges....

It is so hard to find gi's for children because you want to get one that they won't grow out of in a few weeks. The dojo that we belong to uses Tiger Claw and these gi's seems to be some of the longest lasting gi's that out perform some of the other brands. They do tend to run a little long so if its more length than weight for your fit then your fine. If you are a little heavier you may have some alterations to make to the length!

they sent me a white one but even though i ordered a black one. You guys reallllly suck for that.

This is excellent quality and well worth the price! I got it for my son to wear to tae kwon do and it runs a little smaller than the traditional uniform from Century but I like this one better.

The fabric is heavy enough to hold up during rigorous practices, but isn't too heavy to be "hot" to work out in. The pants are very roomy, giving lots of room to move. Overall, we are happy with our purchase.
