It is a good one . Clean no insect got the very fresh one .. price is ok ..rotis from this atta is appeared soft and tasty .. as I feel it is more tasty than usual atta .. can try this it is better than usual atta .. thanks Amazon

Quite like I expected
Made sourdough bread out of it. And though it is supposed to be a hard wheat, the gluten was not much to work with, so it came out fairly dense. But the softness and taste is pleasant I can say that I did enjoy it as I couldn't help myself from eating more of the crust despite making some mistakes during the baking process. The quality seems to be good as far as I make out. The only issue is the price is high to be buying it often. Maybe buy once in a while and incorporate it with the rest of my usual flour.

Not binding and old batch-check pics
It was a trusted brand but this batch was bad. One pack wasn’t binding and next one is reflects it poor quality and old flour.

The atta is okayish. We can eat only fresh rotis out of it. If we keep rotis overnight, they tend to become hard.
