Removed a skin tag in several minutes. Not painful, just a little sting. The only downside is the smell of burning flesh.

This little device works great for removal skin tags and other non cancerous skin growth. I’m very happy with this product.

I grow a lot of skin tags. I’ve paid dermatologists $$$ to remove 12-15 at a time. I have a few that were missed the last time. I figured I’d experiment with this.The tiny tags in the crook of my elbow burnt right off.I had 10 or so small to medium ones that took a few attempts to fully remove. Probably because I didn’t want to cause damage or cause an infection. But they are gone now. Yes. It. Hurts. But I used some 5% lidocaine cream from Amazon at the beginning. The last few times I just did without. It depends on where they are. Needless to say some places are way more sensitive than others.I don’t have any of the huge tags now, but I bet you could zap the part near your body to kill one of those.Obviously you have to be able to control the device and see the tag. If you can’t maybe you need a trusted partner. It’d be easy to zap another person’s tag as long as you aren’t too squeamish.

This thing works! It's crazy that it does and boy can it hurt at times, but it removes unwanted tags/moles without scars! Comes with plenty of needles,shouldn't ever worry about running out!

I was skeptical that I could use this tool myself. But, I was pleasantly surprised. You get used to the minor burn. The product is very effective. I was able to remove several tags that were aging my face. I found it particularly improtant to clean the tool with alcohol and to keep Neosporin or the like to protect your skin and promote healing post-use. I never need to use above level 5 for the tool to be effective. I am really happy with this purchase. Saves many dollars and prolonged trips to a dermatologist.

Works great but was suprised it does sting a little. Very little, less than plucking your eyebrows. All videos said no pain at all so that suprised me a little but works great!

I use this product for removing moles and skin tags and IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I went to the max. level 9 but it doens't work well. POOR QUALITY!!!
