This is an amazing product for knee support and stability. Sizes are perfect but I would recommend ordering one size greater for people who have heavy tighs because of its comfortability. Overall it's a good product for people in their 40s and have chronic pain in knees.

Wrong mentioned sizes
Mention sizes are not as per product it's not fitting as I have order according to mentioned measurements. So if your ordering make sure to order large size

A bit difficult to wear on your own, especially infirm people.
It provides good support for injured knees. Fit can be adjusted. But the material may not be suitable for all skin. I developed rashes after using for a couple of days. Now am applying some body oil/cream before wearing the wrap.
