Korres Jasmine Lip Butter, 0.21 oz

I've been purchasing this lip butter for years. I like to switch up my cosmetics pretty often and try new things. However, there are about 5 or 6 cosmetics that are "must-haves" for me. This is one of them. I use it daily and love the soft pink shade it gives my lips when worn alone. But I really adore wearing it over some of my favorite lipsticks. It's great to tone down shades that are a bit too bright/dark and if I'm wearing a nude lip that is bit too peachy or brown then I apply a bit of this over it to give me the more pink-nude shade that I love. I have large lips and do not like the look of traditional "gloss". This lip butter gives my lips a beautiful, soft sheen without the gloss. I love the texture and the longevity. It also works great at keeping my lips moist. Fantastic product.

Love this stuff. My go to chapstick / lip balm or whatever you wanna call it. HYDRATION & FREQUENCY: You can really feel the difference in hydration bc it kind of absorbs into your lips (unlike waxy chapsticks that just sit on top and taste gross). I usually apply it 1-4 times a day depending on the season and the current state of my lips. Makes my lips SO smooth and soft. CONVENIENCE: It's definitely not as convenient to use as something that comes in a stick. After I apply it to my lips I use the little bit that's left on my finger to rub onto a small tattoo on my wrist (rather than wiping it on my pants or something). So weirdly enough, for me this product also functions as a convenient way to remember to moisturize my tattoo. COLOR: The Jasmine is my favorite everyday color bc for me it's very close to invisible (compared to the guava color which makes my lips look slightly white). I'm not in it for the color but it does give my lips a soft gentle shine which I love. Oh and it smells like heaven. I've also used the Rose color as a sort of lip tint when I wanna get fancy and whatnot. I will say that the darker colors are excellent for subtle color tint that sinks in and lasts. PRICE: While I do cringe spending $12 on lip stuff, it's totally worth it. The quality is unlike anything else I've tried and those little tubs actually last quite a long time. I get at least a full year outta one of these.

I'm a bit addicted to buying lip balms, chapstick, and glosses and this is one that I would buy again. It was light with a nice hint of color, smelled/tasted good, and is moisturizing. In my opinion, it isn't as moisturizing as people are indicating. For a colored lip product, it is a lot more moisturizing than most tinted lip balms, stains, or lip sticks. However, it's no where near as moisturizing as plain chapstick or lip balm is. If you're looking for something deeply moisturizing to heal your dry, cracked lips, this probably isn't your best pick. If you're looking for a splash of color that isn't sticky or drying, then you'll likely love this. I got it in the Jasmine (which smells like cotton candy) and love it. Would recommend. EDIT: After having the Jasmine for a while and loving it, I decided I would try another color. I've never had success with the whole red lipstick thing, but like the look on others so I decided I would try Wild Rose for a hint of red color. I'm disappointed that I did!! The color is fine, but if you put on more than the slightest dab, it looks clownish. And the little dab that gives a good amount of color does nothing as far as moisturization. It's not something that you would want to apply without a mirror available either. And then there's the smell...it does smell like wild rose, as it's named, but it's a very strange perfume-y smell...not something that I want to be wearing on my lips (I feel like the scent would be fine in a body lotion or perfume, but not something that you wear on your face). The smell is sort of nauseating and doesn't taste good at all. Disappointed in the Wild Rose and sad that I wasted my money...I should have just got another thing of the jasmine!

This is probably my favorite lip product. I personally love the scent. It's light, floral, wonderful, not too sweet or overpowering. The texture it great and very soothing on lips. I really love this stuff because I find most lip glosses to be too shiny and unnatural both in appearance and in ingredients. This lip butter actually has beneficial ingredients for your lips, and it has a beautiful texture/finish that is natural but still has a bit of a sheen/glow. It's great by itself, and I also wear it over a bit of lip stain or lipstick for extra color.

I LOVE this product, it's not my first time buying it. The texture of this is so smooth and soft and my lips plump and stay moisturized for a few hours. The ones that I've bought before have lasted me a little less than a year and I used it approximately everyday. This is a great product and I highly recommend it to everyone. ALSO, I do want to mention one important thing about this seller. I received my Korres product damaged for some unknown reason.. it was really unusual. It was shattered into pieces. I believe it might have been because of the people that were in charge of shipping while the product was in transit. My guess is they were not careful with the package. Although this seller provided this product well enough with bubble wrap wrapped around the Korres Lip Butter and a bubble wrapped package for it to go into. I contacted the seller and told her what had happened and also provided a picture of the damaged package and what it looked like inside. She responded on the same day and was extremely understanding and kind to send me another Korres Lip Butter with NO charge. I just want to say THANK YOU!!!! I am so satisfied with this seller.

Very silly and lightweight feel without being oily. Nicely moisturizing but dries out after 30 minutes so you will need to reapply a lot. Very light nude tint that I like alot. Packageing is fraile. It broke and I can't even open it anymore. Recommend to transfer it to a tube if you do buy it.

I like this lip butter quite a lot. I have EXTREMELY sensitive lips, eczema makes it so that I can apply very few products to my lips without them chapping to the point where they peel and crack and bleed. I had all but given up hope of being able to put any product with a tint on again...Im not sure what made me decide to try this but I sure am glad I did! This is so lightly tinted, not greasy, and best of all, does not irritate my exzema! I bought it in a few colors. Very pleased with this find, and am excited to try some other things from Korres now!

Another reviewed nailed it when she said the color is not what I expected. Jasmine looks pink online so what a surprise to see a flesh-colored balm. It is a truly hideous color on me and one that I never would've ordered if there was even a hint in the description that it would be flesh-toned. I can't see that there's a way to salvage this color so will just toss it. Money wasted. So disappointed.

Die Lip Butter ist wirklich sehr schön in der Textur. Sie pflegt den ganzen Tag, wenn man sie morgens aufträgt. Wenn man sie Abends vor dem Schlafen gehen aufträgt, hat man am nächsten Morgen super weiche Lippen. der Geruch ist sehr zart Vanillig aber nicht aufdringlich (eigentlich mag ich kein Vanille-Geruch) Die Farbabgabe ist nicht gegeben, was ich nicht schlimm finde, er gibt lediglich einen leichten milchigen Farbton ab, der die Lippen heller aussehen lässt.

Awesome product.

Besonders im Winter leide ich unter spröden, teilw. aufplatzenden Lippen. Bisher konnte mich keine Pflege davor bewahren. Die Drogerieprodukte sind zwar um einiges günstiger, aber halfen mir nie. Durch Zufall bin ich auf Korres gekommen und seither nutze ich die Pflege 2x täglich. Eine Dose hält bei mir ein knappes Jahr. Seither sind meine Lippen immer gesund. Die Sorte Jasmine hält optisch nicht so lange, aber mein Augenmerk liegt auch nicht auf dem Aussehen.
