Want just black ones where do I get those?

Keep looking. They are on Amazon.

Do the pouches have quite a bit of room in them in the size medium?

No medium is a bit tight go with large

My waist is a 32 and I wear medium in all pouch underwear but have a large package but a small behind. Will the medium be too small?

My waist is 32, and my hip measurements are 38. I always wear a small because I’d like for my package to be held nice and tightly so I have a pronounced, noticeable bulge. Not to mention, I love the feeling of the thin material of the phone when it runs up the crack of my butt, caressing my sweet spot. I always wear a small if that helps you at all. If I were you, I’d buy one pair in each size this way you’ll know before you buy a entire bunch of them. I will tell you this. They are awesome feeling, and where so well. I have so many of them I’ve lost count. The brand you’re looking at has seem to been very good and I’m happy with them. I think he will be too. Let me know.

Yes made in China but very comfortable and good quality
