I always get my vitamins from Amazon. Absolutely love this brand. It made a huge difference in my energy level almost immediately. Vitamin D loss is not uncommon in getting older. My energy came back within an hour, which if I am correct, usually doesn't happen until the next day. Hair looks great. I feel better in my spine. IDK how to explain it. I just feel more wide awake. More energy.
