Says for children, but I use it for myself and my patients as a prenatal multivitamin, as it contains the biologically active form of folate, and is cheaper than other prenatal vitamins of similar quality. The chewable tablet is very sweet for my tastebuds, but better than swallowing 3 huge pills every morning. I also love that besides the major vitamins and some essential amino acids, it also contains recommended daily dose of some under appreciated minerals - zinc and potassium iodide!

Bought for same reason you buy adult vitamins. They smell good and the kiddo likes the taste. Win!

Please offer the children’s capsules again. I like this brand but my child doesn’t like the flavor of the chewables. He had no problem swallowing his vitamins. I have another child that I would open the capsules and add it to yogurt. Using the pill crusher is annoying when is used to be so easy with CAPSULES!! Update: getting my child to eat these everyday is a huge battle! I dread handing them to him because he let’s me know how unhappy he is about it!!

Content-wise, these are great vitamins; but what good does a vitamin do if a kid won’t take them? These taste terrible; I tried one and couldn’t bring to myself to actually chew it. Please bring back the capsules.
