These were exactly what I needed. I was looking for coffee stirrers for my church fellowship room. These are just the right length that they fit into a coffee mug or Styrofoam/paper disposable coffee cup with enough length to stir or to use the straw to sip the beverage without being so long as to be awkward, or present a major risk of knocking one's drink over. The paper wrapping helps ensure that each person is receiving a sanitary stirrer. The cost is on par with regular coffee stirrers, but it is nice not wondering just how clean your stirrer is (ewww, right?). I would not worry about using these in hot beverages. I have used them in both coffee and tea with no concerns. These straws hold up just as well as the unwrapped coffee stirrers on the market, but being designed as a drinking straw, I find them preferable for sipping my beverage. (What is it about the edge of disposable cups that they tend to form a drip that drops onto your clothes?) The other good thing is these are the same length as juice box straws, so they can be used for those or cups of juice as well. If you are looking for a clean answer to beverage service without needing a tall straw, this is your choice.

Good quality

Works great with tea, soda, protein shakes and decent with thin milkshakes. It's nice to have a clean straw that no one esle touched. Also convenient to take in the car in case you need an extra straw. Straws came in excellent condition.

This is a big box of individually-wrapped drinking straws, which are about the same size as the unwrapped straws that you'd normally find in a grocery store. The advantage here, of course, is that each straw has a high-quality paper wrapping, so you can take them on the go and always have a clean straw when you need it.

I like all of it. Bars are supposed to use wrapped straws even though some don’t. I have ordered these at least 8 times and will continue to order.

We like ice in our drinks at home to keep things cold but we don't like that it doesn't let you drink as much as you'd like as the ice gets in the way. So we purchased these and they do the trick. I especially like that they are individually wrapped for the sake of germs.

I always buy them, my mom love covered straws so good to carry them around and keep them safe from dust,
