Fantastic Value
TL;DR: Software is very basic but works, ergonomics are bad for me but might not be for you, and the value is unbeatable. I'd buy it again. As a first-timer to the Redragon brand, I'm very much satisfied and would buy this mouse again. Not many mice out there that have the 12 programmable side buttons, a third button on the top of the mouse ("rapid fire" on this one) and software that works, all for <$30. Most comparable mice are $80+. The dedicated mode switch button under the mouse is different from what I'm used to, but I like it since it makes it impossible to accidentally switch modes/profiles.The software works, but is clearly very basic. It takes a bit of getting used to, but once you figure it out it's not hard to operate. I don't constantly play new games and am usually playing games where keybinds to the side buttons don't need to change all that much between most, so I'm not having to really use the software much since the initial setup of the various profiles/modes. If you play a lot of games and need to constantly modify profiles, you may want to check some video walkthroughs of how it works so you can see if it's going to be worth it for you before buying. For me, this wasn't a problem at all but it might be for others. A huge advantage is that it essentially flashes the mouse with the keybinds/profiles, so if you connect the mouse to another computer, all the profiles/keybinds are saved. If you have a work-from-home setup, this mouse will seamlessly swap between multiple computers and it will work in a plug-and-play manner so any IT restrictions on software won't slow you down. The only significant negative I have on this mouse is that the side buttons are not ergonomic for my hand. Coming from having used a Logitech G600 for probably a decade by now, the side buttons are way too far back on this mouse. My resting position on the Logitech G600 would land the tip of my thumb on the "5" side button, which is dead-center, ideal for then reaching almost all the buttons with little effort. On this mouse, my thumb sits far up on the 2, making everything past the 6 awkward, but not impossible to reach. All that said, ergonomics are a person by person thing, so I'd strongly recommend giving this mouse a shot, especially since most alternatives cost more than 3x this thing.

Sensacional, ergonomia, qualidade e funcionalidades

Value of money 😁.
The mouse is very good, I am using it for almost 5 years now, and in 5 years I have only experience one problem and that is the wheel button is not working now, the wheel it self is working, it's the button that's not working. The size is perfect for me because it fits in my hand. It is fully customisable, easy to use. Overall all value for money.
