I love unique neck design and you can adjust it to however you like. The sleeves are long, they go past my wrist but that's because there is a slit at the end of the sleeves so you can put it between your thumbs and index fingers like a partial glove but if you don't like that you can just roll them up, problem solved. The gray like the one I got is not just plain gray, its white mixed with grey but looks cool nonetheless. I got the medium and I'm 5'10 130 lbs and it fits me perfectly. I would say it runs one size small but only by a little. I've notice Leif Nelson clothes seem to run a bit small but that's probably because they use European sizes instead of the U.S. sizing.
