2m (2.2 Yards) of Tyvek 43gsm 1443R Kitemaking Material | Durable, Strong, Lightweight, Breathable

It’s so light, yet so durable that I’ll never go on a backpacking trip without it. Works great for laying out gear when you get to camp, and also as a nice ground cloth for your pack/gear to sit on besides the, oftentimes, wet muddy ground. I ended up cutting mine in half and giving the other half to a friend who also loved it. It’s definitely light enough to where you could certainly take the whole sheet with you though!

I used this material to cap my grain jars in the production of mushrooms and honestly the results weren’t good enough to continue going this route. It didn’t I believe have anything to do with the material it looked fine it was a problem in my process.

Purchased this for my tent ground sheet. The item held up well on my first camping trip. One side is somewhat softer then the other, so I would recommend to use the slick side on the ground to prevent it from getting getting dirty. Very soft material and rolls up very nicely for storage on the outer pockets of your backpack. Used for single person tents, you have enough material to have a clean area to store your backpack or shoes.

I take this on every hunting trip. Whether it is to sit on or for use as an emergency shelter when caught in a downpour, this light and versatile material is necessary to keep in my backpack. I cut it to a minimum size to reduce weight as it can get heavy (relatively when you are trying to shave ounces). It can be a little noisy but perhaps it doesn't matter when it is storming on you anyway...

Got this as a footprint for our camping trip. Worked awesome! Super light, perfect size for a 2 person tent!

I made a cover for my smoker so I don't have to keep moving it in and out of the house. It should work great, but I'm not sure how well it will hold up with regular use. Good stuff, and I'll buy more and try something else when I need to replace it.

This material is lightweight, far more compact than standard Tyvek, yet much more tear-resistant than polycro. It would even be possible to cut a neck hole in the middle of this and make a lightweight poncho. The size is perfect if you want a floor for the Durston vestibules.
