Perfect size to fit on floor board on passenger side of my mini Cooper. I ordered the Pelican 20qt first but found it just too bulky. Seemed very well made buy not for me. This cooler will hold ice and drinks cold in my car for three days. I live in Florida and it's summer so keeping anything cold in this heat is a major challenge. This cooler is very good looking. Sea foam green with black GRIZZLY on the front. Comes with a strap that not only can you carry on shoulder but has loops for side handles. Perfect solution to small molded handles. 8 pack of 12 oz bottles and a 16lbs bag of ice from those ice vending machines and it's full. It also has a plastic food tray that holds above ice line to keep a sandwich or whatever. Nice addition I'm glad it came with it. Last thing, inside cooler was an inspection sticker, dated July/16 good to know it hasn't been sitting in a warehouse for years .

I love this cooler! I had done some research before purchasing because the price was similar to the Yetis but Yetis no longer have seafoam green/mint and my wedding colors are mint so I wanted something to match. My favorite thing is the color, of course. But we purchased this and used it for July 4th weekend along side my brother also brought his Yeti he has I believe the same size but it's a little smaller on the inside. so that was one of the differences, but we set both our coolers, filled with the same amount of ice out in the hot Texas sun by the pool. We actually did 2-3 days in a row. I did have to refill the ice the second day cause it was melted but not completely and it was still cold in the cooler but I wanted fresh ice. I also love the water emptying drain. It's huge! It gets rid of water quickly and easily. The handles are also great. I would say it comparable to the Yeti with only a few minor differences. It also comes with a lifetime warranty. Which if your spending the money, you want your cooler to last. I did have problems with the lid slamming down on myself and anyone trying to use it but I contacted the company asking about how to fix this and without even hesitating sent me a label to reship the cooler and sent me a new one and now the lid stays open! Great company and I am so pleased with my awesome mint cooler!! I recommend it for anyone on the fence about purchasing one. I love the mint! I hope they expand their color line!

This cooler looks amazing came in at the right time and was free from any defects. Under shady, 70-80 degree conditions, it would hold ice cubes left in its bag for about 3 days. I'd imagine it would hold even longer if block ice were used. The cooler was definetally secure from any critters or bears while it was locked.

This cooler is INCREDIBLE! It keeps ice extremely well and drains quickly. It's super easy to clean, the straps work great to keep it closed, and the handles on the side make it easy for transport. The color is correctly depicted in the pictures and gets a lot of compliments when we bring it to concerts and parties. If you're thinking about buying it, DO IT. It's worth the investment.

Put in 32 lbs of cubed ice. Rarely opened the cooler. Kept in the shade. Temps mid 70s to mid 50s overnight. Ice lasted about 2.5 days.

I bought this cooler to do dispersed desert camping in the southwest. I just came back from a five day trip to New Mexico. It held its ice for six days even though I opened it repeatedly. I finished the last beer on my front porch. This is a quality American product that you can depend on. Quit looking and buy this cooler

It's a very good cooler, it keeps ice cold for an amazingly a long time and it is very strong. But boy the rubber latches. The first day we had it I casually leaned over, reached down, snapped both latches and released and they caught the backs of my hands, boy that was an awful yelp. Took a week for the purple marks to go away. I know my skin is like a banana, I get bruised easily. I didn't take a picture of those. Didn't think it was worth returning the cooler, I'll just have to be more careful. After several weeks of being careful, one day I wasn't, this time wasn't nearly as bad but still an annoying pinch. Here's the mark it left on me the second time. Definitely wish we had bought the other brand for the same price, that has sensible snap latches.

I wanted to use this for a while before posting a review. So here it goes. Wow! Wish we would have bought this many years ago. Been wasting time, money, and ice using two coolers of another brand. Grizzly is certainly the way to go. We used two 1/2 gallon frozen bottles instead of ice cubes and did not have to add any ice for more than 2 days while the cooler even sat in the sun. This includes 2 days across Missouri, Kansas, and Colorado with temperatures above 96 degrees. I just don't have any complaints and think anyone would be satisfied with this purchase. Made in Iowa!
