Can someone help me?** A: I've also spent entirely too much time on this, but now that I've figured it out, I really like this dishwand. Vineyard girl is right. To expand on her answer, hold it with the sponge and down and lift the blue tab and just drizzle it in. Note, this only allows you to fill it up to that point, but I don't even think the handle is hollow. This may seem putsey compared to other dishwands with the screwtop handles that let you inject your dish soap at high velocity in a matter of seconds. However, it does fill quite easily compared to all the other ways I've tried! ;-)Let me state again, I really do like the dishwand. **Q: Where can i buy the wand refills to fit? The ones i ordered are to small.** A: There are two different sizes. Make sure you look at both wands and choose the refill that fits the larger one. **Q: Does this go with the Dawn platinum fillable dishwand refills?** A: Yes, this can be used with the Dawn platinum fillable refills as long as they do not say mini. They always leak and make such a mess. This one fills at top of handle so when it is resting in sink or in a drainer, the refill opening is upright. This refill opening is also different in that it doesn’t screw on/off like traditional ones. It has a rubber type gasket(?) that pulls out and gets pushed back in to make a tight seal. Will this weaken over time and leak? Who knows yet.I purchased this item to use with the blue Dawn dish soap in my shower to clean it. I’ve heard it works fabulously. I didn’t try it until I had one that wouldn’t leak and waste product. But after getting it, I liked the feel of the smaller wand so I purchased a second to use in the kitchen.It gets 4 stars because you sometimes have to ouch on the “button” a few times to dispense the soap. And I had a tiny (and I’m talking tiny) amount of soap leak out once. It may have been my own fault. It was right after getting it and I may not have had the rubber thing in all the way. I’m unsure. I wasn’t used to this type and I’m just saying who knows. It’s been all good ever since.
