These capsules has countless benefits for our body. It has so many vitamins and other beneficial ingredients which our body requires. I started taking it and it surely doesn't have any side effects too. I would highly recommend it

Need more infoemabt product
Not mentioned whether it is seed oil extract or powder. Would give us more clarity while buying when we have more details about.the product. Taking since 3 weeks. Not observed changes yet.
