No problems. The bracket holes line up perfectly for the intended motor. The other holes work well for mounting the motor to a base or other structure. The bracket is very sturdy.

Not bad, needs deburring
Not bad, they seem to be very sturdy, made of 3 mm steel. Be prepared to some deburring though, especially on the edges.
