I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine. My last disk is fused to my pelvic bone. It's awful. Pain meds are not touching it! I came home ripped this belt out of the package. Plugged it in to charge hoping it would work while charging (IT DOES) maybe 10 mins and I can move move again!! I was skeptical but 100% I feel so good right now. It's not awkward on me.
