    Poor finish, parts missing.

I bought this bracket to install an Avtex 21” tv in my Bailey caravan. Bailey actually sell these and they are the only ones recommended by them, so it seemed logical, fit a Bailey approved, Avtex approved bracket, Amazon had it on prime, cheaper than Bailey’s, job done! However, the bracket arrived in a plastic packet that had already been opened. It was immediately obvious the quality of the paintwork was poor with rust and weld spatter around all of the joints. The other packets holding the screws etc. had been opened and there were only one set of 4 screws to mount the vesa plate to the tv. Not surprisingly, these did not fit my Avtex 219. The instructions showed 2 sets of screws but the second (possibly smaller?) were not in the pack. So it was boxed back up and returned to Amazon. As usual, absolutely no quibble from them. For nigh on £30, this is a poorly made bracket and I don’t think I was the first person to return this bracket either.

I bought this to mount my TV in my caravan, turns out the bracket is heavier than the TV, its that sturdy. Was impressed by the build quality, only disappointment was the cable tidy under the arms are a bit flimsy and the pins bent when inserting them in the holes, apoart from that it is excellent
