So I used this facewash for atleast 2 years and then got “bored” (?) of it even though it was working, and switched to a dr jart face wash to try something new. Still kicking myself for ever switching. I used the dr jart one for a good year and had to eliminate a different dr jart product from my routine before so I’m not sure why I’m shocked the face wash led to an eventual freak breakout I was getting never-ending large pimples and cysts along my jawline and places I’d never had problems before from the dr jart facewash... lol, so I thought on my toes and re-ordered this one. it’s literally a fraction of the price of the dr jart one (which I can only order from Sephora since most of the ones on here are fake dr jart products) and I can get it overnighted with prime. As for the results so far (ONE time:) it almost instantly soothed an insane breakout I was having, not only that it calmed my skin too, I notice it going back to how it was a little over a week ago before this crazy breakout happened. I had honestly almost given up hope, but this gave me a little bit of confidence back. Yes the pump is annoying to get started but it just takes a bit of elbow grease, while using it for 2 years straight previously I often had that problem and found little methods to get it going. Try holding the part of the pump that screws on to the top with a towel and turning the rotating part pump with the other, usually (eventually) works for me.

I have oily skin. This cleanser is mildly astringent, it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean but doesn't strip it of its moisture entirely. Smells nice, lathers well enough for me. I've been using it for almost two years, mostly have ordered off Amazon-- once or twice it came with a broken pump which was annoying but I just swapped it with the old one. It's a face wash, not a face mask. Leave it on too long & after a couple of minutes you will see irritation (red bumps, some tingling).

I love this soap Neutrogena always makes a great product and this soap specifically gets off all of my make up with one washing I wear a heavy foundation and heavy mascara and usually it's all gone with one washing sometimes afterwards I might need to use astringent to clean up my eye make up just a little bit more but overall I am completely hooked and I have tried many face soap's. One pump is plenty to make lots of suds and the soap itself is very mild feels good on your face and no perfumes

The product itself worked really well and cleaned off all my makeup easily which is the main reason I purchased this. It also has a nice minty feel to it after washing your face which is very refreshing. I also haven't had any irritations or breakouts from this product. My only issue is that the pump itself is stuck and didn't work for me. To use it I have to remove and unscrew the top to dispense some on my hand and then screw it back on after every use. I must have received a defective one with bad packaging, but I personally didn't want to return it since it's my only face wash that I use on a daily basis. The product itself works great though and that's why I give such a high rating.

This is a great face wash! I have sensitive skin and it’s prone to breakouts and this is one of the only face washes I can actually use! It doesn’t strip the skin completely of all it’s moisture but does a great job of removing face makeup and the day! The scent is slight and it doesn’t linger after you rinse it off. This is one of the best rated by a independent company that tests most skincare products. Paula sure does her homework when it comes to testing skincare products!

I have been using this product for about a week now and am somewhat pleased with the soap. I have always used neutrogena products- lotions, soaps and makeup- and have never had any trouble with it irritating my skin. I don’t consider myself to have “sensitive” skin but do struggle with hormonal adult breakouts. This face wash seems to be strong for my skin however. My face has a burning sensation and turns red in places after using it. The redness and burning goes away after an hour or so. It does a good job of taking off my makeup and leaving my skin feeling hydrated and smooth however. Not sure if my skin is being aggravated by a different ingredient in this neutrogena “Naturals” product as opposed to all the others I’ve used, but I’m a little disappointed in how harsh it is.

I absolutely love this line of Neutrogena naturals. It is not totally organic but close enough for me. It doesn't nice job of washing my face. It is quite reasonable and it lasts a really long time. I am trying a number of other organic face cleansers and they have just been too pricey for me. If you're looking for something gentle and basically scentless oh, I give this a try. They also have day face cream and night cream.
