So far I have been very happy with this product. It has good taste, the price is right, it is aluminum free (I only purchase aluminum free) and it has a nice rising power. I had a couple of empty cans left from my previous baking powder and just refilled them and kept the remainder sealed tight. Baking powder last a Long, Long time, but if you bake as much as I do, you'll go through is pretty quickly.I do recommend this baking powder. It's a good product to add to your baking arsenal. I say Arsenal, because when I bake, the kitchen looks like I've been at war...lol

Have used for several years. Expecting this to last until all used up.

Appreciate being able to buy food products without metal in them. Havent actually tested it for aluminum because i dont know how.

I bake fairly often (I am a sugarfree baker, but that’s another story).This item is a baking essential. I only use aluminum-free baking powder. I ran out of my usual brand recently. I did a wee search and found this baking powder. I was not initially a big fan of the container but that’s because it seemed flimsy, but there were no tears, leaks or other issues. I just put it in a good-sized glass jar in my baking station and it works great. I would buy it again.
