Product is great , but the color is a more dark blue to a purple. it would have been better to be the baby blue color(like original) so you can see it better under the engine but they do work good just be careful threading them in, you could cross thread them easily , just sayin

Threads not same as OEM
Giving three stars because build quality is good, but for me , the threads are not the same as original. When you tighten down all the way and to make sure its on tight, it pops and is loose again, kinda like when you screw down on hose clamps and they pop. Not good for me, but may be for others? IDK??

Fits perfectly on my Mercruiser 4.3L, one day turn around
I started winterizing my 4.3L Mercruiser before our first Artic blast. Of course, one of the plastic drain plugs snapped when I took it out. Hello Amazon ... glad to find these plugs and was really pleased to receive them about a day after I placed my order (coincidentally the day before the Artic blast arrived). Will see how they hold up but for now I'm well pleased (and I now have (4) spares ... just in case I need them next year).

Cost effective replacement for mercruiser drain plug
These are the same thread and size as the OEM plugs on my 350 mercruiser. I'm skeptical of the plastic getting brittle due to heat over time, but the big wing nut makes these very simple to tighten and loosen to drain the block for winterizing. I'm going to be keeping a close eye for leaks, but so far so good. Jesus is king!

Si j'ai une autre valve qui brise , j'en aurai de remplacement aussitôt. Pour le prix ça vaut la peine d'en avoir en avance. 5 valves pour le prix d'une seule chez le concessionnaire de bateau.
