Why is the picture of opaque gold colored trash bags and you send transparent bags? Is this false advertising?

They look opaque because they are rolled up. When they are an individual bag it is see thru. Not metallic at all. Also very thin.

Do the gold trash bags come with ties?

No hand-held. These are small trash bags with flat ends. It has been improved and thickened, please rest assured to buy!
