Specifications: Material of frame: Plastic Material of Glasses: AC Connected Wire Lengh: 35 inch Battery Pack Size: 9.1 x 3.3 x 2cm (3.6 x 1.3 x 0.8 inch) Battery Type: 2 x 1.5V AA dry batteries (not included) Attentions:Do not pull the cable between the glasses and the battery pack hard and frequently or it may fall off the glasses. Be sure to use the pack fixed, rather than free hanging, and the cable is not stretched tight. Warm Tips: Sometime you would hear a slight buzzing noise from the battery pack when powered on. It is normal phenomenon. EL wire glow needs a high frequency pulsed power source which frequency falls squarely at the frequencies that are more sensitive to hearing. But it is a weak sound and is easy for most people to accept, especially when you hide the pack at your waist or in the pocket.Packing include: 1 x EL Wire Glasses 1 x Battery Pack (battery not included) Review: You WILL be the life of the party! - Love these! I wore them to a huge 80's event in LA (like 10,000 people) and I was turning heads left and right! Lots of compliments! I do believe the glasses themselves are solidly built. No worries of breaking. The wire is solid enough, a little thin but will hold up, pretty confident it won't snap if snagged and pulled. I'm a pretty tall guy with a long torso and it was barely long enough to reach any pants pocket with 100% freedom of movement. The battery pack is the only flimsy part. The belt clip on it is useless as it broke as I was trying to clip it to my belt. As long as you take care of the battery pack by keeping it in your pocket then there shouldn't be a problem. About the high pitch whining sound, I can only hear it when my ear is 3 inches from it, so no complaints from me. Like that there is a button on it so you can switch from constant to blinking to fast blinking. BTW I got the red and blue and the red has a noticeable orange tint, the blue is more light blue. So not 100% red and blue like the pic. I love these, don't regret buying them and as long as the battery pack holds I'm sure they will last a long time. Buy them and be the life of the party! Review: Exactly as expected. So much fun! - Love these! Great for a party, concert, night out! Lots of compliment! ## Features - DISTINCTIVE STYLE: Unique shutter design combines classic sunglasses shape with striking purple and green neon EL wire illumination for a eye-catching rave accessory. - FLASHING CAPABILITY: Built-in flashing mode adds dynamic lighting effects to enhance your party costume and create an energetic atmosphere. And the lights has no impact on vision at all. - PARTY READY: These Light-up sunglasses are pretty cool and ATTRACTIVE and make you the star of parties. Perfect costume accessory for DJ costumes, 80s themed celebrations, EDM festivals, raves, shows, dance parties, and other nighttime events you want to make a bold statement. - BATTERY-POWERED: Glasses work with a battery pack attached by wire ( NOT CORDLESS ). Independent battery pack with two 1.5V AA dry batteries can provide the adequate power to ensure a longer continuous light up time (two hours at least depending on your battery capacity used). The pack and glasses are connected by a 35" wire. You can easily hide the pack in your pocket, clothing or chip in belt by the clip of the pack. - ILLUMINATED DESIGN: Single-button designed illumination makes these glasses an Must-Have accessory for any festive gathering. Press the button on the battery pack to change four modes: steady glow / blinking / FLASHING / off. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07D29X7WQ | | Age Range Description | 14 Years And Up | | Best Sellers Rank | #312,341 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #2,164 in Women's Sunglasses | | Brand Name | PINFOX | | Color | Purple/Fluorescent Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,391 Reviews | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Life Event | Party | | Manufacturer | Pinfox Tech | | Material | Plastic | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | RB03 | | Pattern | Striped | | Product Style | Rave Light-up Neon | | Size | Standard | | Style Number | RB03 | | Subject Character | Retro 80s DJ | | Theme | Rave Party EDM 80s | | UPC | 604270278871 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Shutter EL Wire Neon Rave Glasses Flashing LED Sunglasses Light Up Costumes For 80s, EDM, Party RB03 (Purple + Light Green) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61DQU3UuYsL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Hi, I just bought this for a Mardi Gras ball last weekend. Worked great, but I ended up losing the bat. pack. :-) do you sell battery separately?** A: Search this B010VTAGTE. You can take this el wire for a replacement. They have the same packs. **Q: How many are included** A: 1 pair **Q: What's the battery life like?** A: These led sunglasses come with no batteries wheaten can you purchase them? **Q: Is it normal for the transformer/battery case to make a high pitch squeal when powered on?** A: This is normal phenomenon. It is determined by the physical principle of electroluminescent wire or EL wire. EL wire glow needs a high frequency pulsed power source, and its frequency falls squarely at the frequencies that are more sensitive to hearing. So sometime you can hear a slight buzzing noise. All EL products have such a problem. But it is a very weak sound and is easy for most people to accept, especially when you hide the pack at your waist or in the pocket. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You WILL be the life of the party! *by S***. on September 18, 2018* Love these! And the 3 different modes are cool too, esp. the flashing mode! Will be figuring out a costume to wear them with for Halloween so I can extend their use. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/81867260-shutter-el-wire-neon-rave-glasses-flashing-led-sunglasses-light](https://www.desertcart.is/products/81867260-shutter-el-wire-neon-rave-glasses-flashing-led-sunglasses-light) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
