Despite having no experience brewing beer, it was easy to use and made great beer. Now that we're back stateside with unlimited malt sources, my husband still insists on using this brand. It costs quite a bit more than other malts (and we'll eventually try those options), but old habits (and taste bud preferences) die hard.
Review: Use this to make old-fashioned Maltex hot cereal. - Good tasting, many uses. A must for making bagels. Add a spoonful to Wheatena to make it taste like Maltex, which, sadly, is discontinued.
