Results are worth the smell
Magic, now let me tell you it STINKS. The smell is horrible but the results are worth it. I use this all over regularly with no issues other than that smell.

Budget-friendly and gets the job done!
This worked really well for me, especially for the price. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do and gets the job done without needing a razor, which is nice. I didn’t have any major issues using it, and the process was pretty straightforward. One thing to note. when the hair grew back on my arms, it came in a little differently than usual. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed. Overall though, it’s inexpensive, effective, and definitely worth trying if you’re looking for an easy alternative to shaving.

Amazing for removing hair
At first, I was skeptical of shaving in a "non-traditional" way, but this product has completely changed my mind. After a small trim, using this will get you extremely smooth, and it lasts a couple days for me, too. It will require some trial and error to figure out what mix works best for you, and in this trial and error phase, you may slight experience chemical burns (especially when you've never used it before). I would not recommend applying it more than once in the same area on the same day, as it will hurt. Figure out what amount of powder to mix with what amount of water works good for the area you're shaving, and stick to it. After few uses, you won't even feel any burning anymore. I'd recommend using gloves while applying it. Overall this powder is great, it's cheap, and I personally don't find any issues with the smell. Though due to the learning curve and small risk to chemical burns (especially when it's your first use), it may not be for everyone. However, I'd argue that razor burn and nicks are very equatable when learning how to shave in the first place.

Works well, but take care to avoid chemical burns
I have been using this product for years on my bikini area and occasionally legs. It is very effective and painless if used properly, but in the beginning I did lightly chemical burn myself a few times and had trouble mixing it to the right consistency. It does take a bit of time to mix fully, but I recommend buying a small mixing bowl set. One of the tools that comes with the set will also be useful for popping off the lid of the can. The brush will make it easy to apply. Then instead of using a wash cloth I have a dedicated brushy sponge to use for rubbing it off at the end of 10-15 minutes. At this point it is really easy and completely painless for me! For ladies, make sure it absolutely only stays on the outside spots of your bikini area. You will get a painful chemical burn if it at all touches the inner parts. I generally lay in the tub to apply it and use a mirror or phone camera to check that I did not get it on the wrong area. For men, my fiancé occasionally uses it all over his groin/private area successfully except we wrap the wrappable part up with a tissue and a hairtie/rubber band. It is better for both genders, to at first be on the lower end of time something like 8-10 minutes and possibly not have it on long enough to be completely effective, than to start out with something like 15 minutes and potentially burn yourself because it happened to be to long for your skin. 15 minutes is what works for me, but take a few tries to see what is best for you. If you DO chemically burn yourself, it is important to google what to do and follow the directions online about rinsing the area and bandaging. You will live but it will hurt for a few days!

I think I have to use the cream instead
So I've used the cream/lotion version before with no problems but I did the spot test with the powder because it's more economical and I read reviews that said the powder is more effective. So it did remove hair but unfortunately it also gave me a reaction so I guess I'm going back to the cream

Works to remove hair & bad fake tan!
I’ve used this years ago to remove hair and it worked well. Smells like all other hair removal creams so that is expected. This time I ordered it to remove orange fake tan from hands and it came right off.

My. Face. Is. On. Fire.
I think I found a review of this product in one of my daily news feed, where it was praised as something borderline miraculous that could help with ingrown hairs. For $1.75 (that should’ve been my first red flag), close to 14k reviews (at the time of this writing), and 4 stars, this was bound to truly be the shaving dream that was missing from my life. Following the instructions as a test was okay. No real irritation, but no beard came off. I brushed it off as a non-issue, and decided I would try at some other time. Enter today. Again, judiciously following the instructions, I applied the watery paste on my entire face and neck. Second red flag, the smell of hair-dissolving chemical should’ve alerted me (a la Danger, Will Robinson!), but NO, of course it was just the smell of the fragrance—or so I told myself—and set to let it sit for the suggested 7 minutes. So far so good, my skin tingled a bit, but nothing terrible just yet! The instructions said to use a damp cloth to remove the paste along with your now-dissolved beard, so I did that. As I began wiping my face, the _burn_ started to set in. You can see it in the picture: not just some of my beard came off, but parts of the upper layer of my skin, too. After I cleaned the mixture off my face with the cloth, the horrible chemical burn set in. The instructions stated to use water to clean off any excess, so I practically submerged my face in water to help with the burn, and removed what was left of the paste from my face and neck. It has been easily 15 minutes since I finished and that I decided to write this review, and my face is still burning. Needless to say, I tossed the product in the garbage, and begged my kids to not trust everything they read on the Internet. Did I mention this stuff didn’t even remove all of my beard? Funny, the instructions do state to repeat the process after 24 hours if you have any beard remaining, but there is no way on this green Earth that I am putting a spec of that stuff on my face ever again. Save yourself the pain, the discomfort, and don’t use this unless you don’t care for your face feeling and looking like it was dragged on cement.

No burn!! Used on underarms
I am getting tired of using a razor and I can't afford another 10 rounds of laser quite yet, so I tried this out since it's affordable. I have thick thiiiiick underarm hairs, I'm talking like I legit have pili multigemini aka multiple hairs from one shaft and they're THICK. I would frequently get ingrowns with shaving due to this and you can imagine it's painful. This did not burn like Nair does, THANK GOODNESS. I might try it elsewhere on my body. My armpits are smooth. I used it at night after a cool shower just in case I couldn't wear deodorant afterwards. Woke up the next morning and the hair hasn't sprouted back up instantly like it does with shaving so I call that a win. Going to stick with this until I can get laser again!!
