Excellent product. Will help you with your sinuses and has been helpful for any flu like and viral URI infections. Anybody fall sick at home I start taking 3 to 4 drops a day and see how your immunity stays intact through the winter season. Bitter taste and strong but better and gentle on tongue than other brands I y me tried. Great product! 10 out of 10 stars!!!

I never write reviews but these Garden of Life oregano drops are really helpful. They support my seasonal health and are convenient with the dropper. I was not familiar with Oil of Oregano so I put 4 drops under my tongue. and boy did it sting! I put 2 drops into warm water and drank it. That was much better. This is a solid brand, organic and reliable brand. I am very familiar with this brand. This has olive oil in it. It's a blend. I am taking this to lessen my cold. So far so good. it's also alcohol-free. I love traditional medicine and this one, is rich in unique compounds such as Carvacrol and Thymol. Effective for my immune system. I like this product because it is tested, traceable, 3rd party audited, certified Organic & non-gmo verified. All-in-all this is a trusted and true product. Also the pricepoint was so reasonable. Ok heads up for anyone like me new to oil of oregano. It says to dilute in water so I got about a shot glass size of water and added my drops and down the hatch. The taste/smell is very strong and not really a food-like taste. I’m sure it’s legit pure but it *tastes* like a chemical. My throat was sore a couple hours later. Then I did some research and learned I should be diluting it better and mixing well so the pure oil isn’t hitting and sticking to my throat. I’m ending up putting this into capsules. I don’t doubt its purity/efficacy but was not aware of its very strong taste/smell or how much dilution is needed to avoid side effects.

This oregano oil is easy to use thanks to the dropper, and I appreciate that it's vegan and organic. The concentrated formula means I only need a few drops, which makes it last longer. It feels like a good herbal option for immune support. I wish the flavor was a bit milder, but overall, it's a reliable product I include in my wellness routine.

i dislike the taste. So I used the dropper and put it as close to my throat as possible. My cough and sore throat went away within a few days. Good herb to keep in the fridge
