Product set consisting of a cadmium-free silver containing silver hard solder with 40% silver content and a soldering temperature of 690 °C, and a matching boric acid free flux paste. Box contents:  3.00 m silver braid with 40% silver content, dimensions 1.0 mm, AT: 690 °C 100 g flux paste in accordance with DIN EN 1045: FH 10.  1 piece of lint mixing brush.  Information brochure "Basics of successful brazing as a PDF file, please request after purchase by email  Safety data sheet for the product by email on request FEATURES AND APPLICATION The 40% cadmium-free silver solder has good flow properties and good splitting capacity. The solder is a universal low-cost silver solder for the production of high-quality solder joints in industry, craft and model building. Suitable basic materials.  Copper, brass, bronze, steels and stainless steels, nickel alloys, hard metals, diamond materials and joints of the above materials with each other. TECHNICAL VALUES Working temperature: 690 °C. Melting range: 650 – 710 °C. Tensile strength at St 37: 340 N/mm2 at St 50: 430 N/mm2.  Stretch: 20% Hardness: 130 HB. Optimal solder gap: 0.10 - 0.20 mm. Soldering when used in sea water. Approval GL and marine standard VG 81245, part 3. Suitable for connecting points that come into contact with food. Operating temperatures up to 200 °C, low temperature use up to -200 °C.
