I have a 4 year old Lab with beginning stages of arthritis in both her hind legs. She was struggling to even squat and do her business. The vet recommended these and I purchased through them the first time. They were amazing. She improved so much taking these twice a day. When I needed a refill I checked on Amazon and was able to get twice the quantity for just a little more than Vet charged for half. I am very impressed with how much they have helped and will continue to order for her to help with her arthritis and pain.

After about a week, I saw a remarkable improvement in my tripaw (3-legged) husky's energy! He is now able to keep up and sometimes wear out his younger 4-legged super hyper husky brother. Even the doggy daycare center noticed the change. Before he was on the supplement, he was not able to physically handle playing for more than a few minutes at a time and you could notice his pain or discomfort afterwards. There were some days when he didn't want to play at all. Now, he plays everyday and he even initiates it. For those who are not aware, huskies play very rough. He also loves the taste of the chews. It reminds me of the tootsie roll candies. The chews are fairly large so I cut them into 8 smaller pieces to use as 'treats' during training. He takes one full chew daily and has been on it for a month now. I haven't tried other joint products so I can't make a fair comparison. It may be more expensive than some of other supplements on the market, but it seems to work for my husky. He's only 2-3 years old (as estimated by the shelter we adopted him from) so he has many more years to live. I hope continued use of this product will prevent issues with his joints in the future.

We started buying these for a 1 year old puppy with severe hip dysphasia. She could barely walk and we didn’t think she would make it to be 2 years old. These coupled with some prolo shots and she is now a happy almost 7 year old. We also started to give time to our 12 year old and it makes her act like a young pup again! Thank you for this wonderful product. Only complaint is that it is a bit expensive, but in my opinion worth it for the results.

My husky hurt her back about a year ago. She has never been the same. She is only 5 now and is really active but has a hard time due to her back. Since I have started her on the Actistatin its been almost 2 weeks and I have noticed a huge difference. She now walks with her tail up which she hasnt done since she hurt her back and she wants to play more with our other dog and has even ran up the stairs to fetch a toy. I have to say this stuff really works. I give her one chew in the morning and one at night. Since she is over 50 pounds. I have her on a diet and hope to get her to 45lbs then I can give her just one. She gained the weight from being on steroids and that hasnt help her back but she is loosing weight and is so much more active. I will continue to give this to her.

This is a great product for dogs young and old. We originally used this on our senior dog and it was incredible to see the difference after a few days. We recently adopted a younger dog with some joint issues from being hit by a car previously. He's had surgery on his right rear hip and has some type of metal hardware in his front legs. When you rescue a dog, you don't get all the history. He was having issues favoring that right rear hip area and once again, these supplements have greatly improved is mobility. Being a young dog, he loves to run. Great product!

The good: I found out about this product from the DVM that my K9 goes to as this product was explained to me is that they have a police dog on it that is 8 years old and hardly wants to move and very sedentary and the police was going to retire the K9. The Dr. decided to have the K9 try this product and in about 2 weeks a report come back the K9 is now active again. I was a little reluctant to try this product as my rottie is 5 1/2 years old and the cost of this product as well as the fact i already give my K9 fish oil each day. I googled this product and discovered it on Amazon for a few dollars less then what my K9 Dr. Sells it for. As money is very tight and I'm poor I decided to give this product a try and it's been about 2 weeks now and my dog is getting up easier as well as playing again :) I am so happy! My K9 weighs about 85 pounds so I give her 1 about every 12-18 hours to try and save a little as the directions say 50-100 pounds should have 2 a day. I will go without to make sure my K( has this product. As a plus note she sort of eats them like a treat. The Bad: Cost Summery should be 4 stars cause I feel as though I should subtract a star due to the cost but it has helped my K9 so I will give the product 5 star rating; thus hopefully others will see a good rating and try this product and their K9 Feels better! Bottom Line - I'm 100% positive it has helped my K9!

I’ve been adding this supplement to my senior dog’s food for a little over 4 months. He’s a large breed with some stiffness from age. Pros: • He moves more easily • Easy to portion — I cut the pieces into smaller bits and mix into his meal • No changes in appetite or digestion Cons: • He doesn’t take them as treats, so mixing into food works best A simple, low-effort addition to his routine that seems to help keep him active and comfortable.

This product arrived as one great glib if stickiness. When I pay $189.00 for 120 individual chews, I want 120 individual chews. I don’t think I will reorder.
